Annette Figueredo is a natural fertility coach helping women prepare for conception by employing esoteric principles and working with the laws of the universe to align with the natural rhythms found in nature and those found in our own body. Annette assists women in overcoming mental, emotional and physical blocks to conception. She teaches women how to channel their own inner wisdom so that they may unleash their greatest potential on this journey of life. Her tools include mantras, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic lifestyle planning and ancient yogi secrets that can be used to strengthen each woman’s unique internal makeup and customized on an individual level to bring the woman back to balance and boost fertility naturally.

 
Annette is an energy healer, meditation coach, Ayurvedic lifestyle educator, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, bodywork instructor, Reiki Master and Prenatal Naam Yoga Instructor. More than ten years immersed in some of the greatest healing sciences of the world including Ayurveda, Yoga, Universal Kabbalah, Massage and Energy Work have merged throughout her life’s work. Annette graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and has dedicated the second half of her life to helping women make dramatic shifts in their fertility journey after becoming a first-time mother herself at the age of 41.
